This ferry connects Seattle with the Olympic Peninsula. From our point of view, the trip to the peninsula is worthwhile in any case, as almost the whole area belongs to the Olympic National Park. The national park offers various highlights, such as rugged mountain landscapes, endemic animal species, rainforest, waterfalls, hot springs, salmon migrations and wild romantic coasts. After setting off you also have a unique view of the skyline of Seattle. In the evening the skyline is beautifully illuminated by the descending sun.
