On our itinerary along the Panamerican Highway it is not always possible to cover all distances by driving. From time to time we have to bring Baloo otherwise from A to B. Already at the beginning of the journey there is the shipment of the vehicle to America necessary and also the notorious Darien Gap between Panama and Colombia can currently only be overcome with a circumnavigation. In these cases or for technical reasons related to routing, we pack Baloo on a ferry, in a container or on any other vessel and continue our journey for a short time on the water.
